Why is 4see Advice better placed to support us than a consulting firm?
- Does your task require the engagement and support of an experienced and mature operational C-level and Board leader, with real life experience from high growth digital businesses, who understands the imperfection of change and transformation? Then 4see Advice may have a head start from consulting groups or other advisory services. However, 4see Advice happily collaborates with any stakeholder you have engaged.
- Your team will ultimately be the owners and executors of any change. Engaging a relatable and experienced leader may lower your teams’ concerns or resistance to change. Generating the transformation you need ‘inside-out’, with strong ownership, will make it more sustainable and create more resilience.
Where do you work from?
Copenhagen, Denmark (CET) and online. Onsite visits available, and advisable, for engagement building. No relocation possible.
What are your terms?
4see Advice does not offer hourly/daily rates. The tasks we solve are simply not suitable for quick fixes. Usually, engagements considered are a 6 month or longer timeframe, on a fixed fee per month, which is adapted to the task and goals. 4see Advice will also consider equity options as compensation for longer engagements and Board roles.
