4see Advice prioritizes long term engagement with clients. We focus on projects that involve leadership teams or board of directors. As transformation projects are often confidential and bespoke to the organisation in question, our work requires the trust and inclusion of our principal in the inner workings of a client. For that reason our projects are seldom quick fixes or a few weeks of engagement.

Strategic advisor role

4See’s principal engages in a range of supporting roles for clients. Sometimes the strategic advisory tasks are focused on a specific task, such as group strategy, organisational development, product strategy or digital transformation programs. Other times, 4See’s role is broader, supporting and coaching the CEO or specific members of the leadership team.

Fractional or interim help

For a growing business, the right team is always evolving. Investing heavily in C-level roles may be too soon. Fractional (20%-40%) support with a C-level area may generate both insight and action, without the full cost. Once it is time to find a full time cover for the role, 4see Advice can support the transition and recruitment with a deep understanding of the role.

Digital/ESG/AI committee role

Our principal serves on a range of Board committees, supporting the deep dive and strategic drive of the Board in areas such as Digital, CX, ESG, AI and Remco. Through the committee work, the ongoing engagement with key management team members is key.
